We have always had a great experience working with Opti-Vise and their team. Their team of technicians are familiar with our setup, so our systems hardly ever go down, when they do, they are not down long! They give us IT expertise without having to hire an in-house technician and they are always up to date on the latest and greatest technology. We have recently switched to the Pro-Managed service level with Opti-Vise and now IT is completely off our shoulders internally. This allows us to focus more on our customers instead of our computers, which has been a huge benefit for our company.
