Not only is their response and resolution time terrific, bit their staff goes above and beyond, always willing to do what’s necessary to keep out IT working smoothly.

When I came on board with EDC of Wayne County Indiana, the staff at Opti-Vise was very helpful in getting me set-up and acclimated with the technology. In the time I have been with EDC, there has not been an entire day without a functional network. Not only is their response and resolution time terrific, but their staff goes above and beyond, always willing to do what’s necessary to keep our IT working smoothly.
