- Labor Rate (standard): $110 per man-hour
- Labor Rate (overtime): $165 per man-hour
A one-hour minimum charge applies to all on-site service calls, with all time beyond the minimum billed to the nearest one-half hour. Travel time to the customer site is included as part of the one-hour minimum charge.
A one-half hour minimum charge applies to all remote service, with all time beyond the minimum billed to the nearest fifteen minutes.
