Opti-Vise, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of each client. To accomplish this, we carefully ensure the confidentiality of each client’s account information. And we recognize that, as the provider of IT services, we must also ensure the privacy of each client’s network information.
All Opti-Vise employees are subject to Opti-Vise’s Code of Business Conduct. The Code requires all Opti-Vise employees to follow every law, rule, regulation, court and commission order that applies to our business at all times. In addition, the Code specifically requires compliance with legal requirements and company policies relating to the privacy of communications and the security and privacy of customer records. Employees who fail to meet the standards embodied in the Code of Business Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
PRIVACY PRACTICES – SUMMARY
To provide clients with their own accurate, detailed billing information, Opti-Vise maintains detailed service history records. Opti-Vise will not sell this proprietary information – in any form, including billing records or type of service – to unaffiliated third parties.
To ensure that you will not receive recurring marketing information from us unless you choose to, Opti-Vise provides simple instructions on each marketing e-mail that enables you to let us know that you do not wish to receive such e-mails from us.
We will keep clients’ information secure and confidential through safeguards such as secure encryption technology and by requiring user names and passwords to access account information.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED
Opti-Vise uses client information or “individually identifiable information” such as name, address or phone number to monitor our clients’ quality of service and to provide products and services.
Opti-Vise may share necessary information with outside parties, such as billing vendors, to complete an order. Opti-Vise may, where permitted by law, provide information to credit bureaus, or provide information or sell receivables to collection agencies, to obtain payment for Opti-Vise-offered products and services.
Opti-Vise or one of our authorized agents may also use this customer information to market and sell Opti-Vise-offered products and services. When Opti-Vise uses authorized agents to perform services on its behalf, Opti-Vise requires that they protect your personally identifiable information consistent with this policy.
INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES
Opti-Vise, as a rule, allows each client to control the disclosure of their personal information (such as name, address and telephone number) to third parties for the marketing of third-party products and services.
Opti-Vise must disclose information, when requested, to comply with court orders or subpoenas.
EMAIL MARKETING PRACTICES
We periodically send interested clients news via email regarding products, new offers and special promotions. If you do not wish to receive email marketing messages respond and request removal via the mechanism conveyed on the marketing email itself.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We maintain and protect the security of our servers and your personal information. To secure the information stored on our servers, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information, Opti-Vise has established appropriate physical, electronic and management safeguards.
The Opti-Vise Web site may contain links to other external Web sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy of other Web sites.
ONLINE ACCESS BY CHILDREN POLICY
Protecting the privacy of the children is especially important. Opti-Vise corporate Web sites are not designed to attract children under the age of 13 and Opti-Vise does not knowingly collect personal information from children on our Web sites.
Ordering online products and services from Opti-Vise is limited to age 18 years or older, or as otherwise legally defined.
